How does the 14-day free trial work?

When you select a plan, you will be taken to Stripe checkout where you enter your payment details. You will not be charged during the 14-day trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. On day 15, your first payment is processed automatically.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to higher tier features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens when I reach my analysis limit?

Accepted Answer

You will receive a notification when approaching your monthly limit. Once reached, you can upgrade to a higher plan for more analyses, or wait until your limit resets at the start of the next billing cycle.
